Rent Payments
Rent will be collected through the following methods:

    • Checks or money orders may be placed in the drop box located on the garage by the man door.
    • Cash, checks, or money orders will be accepted at Midtown Apartments, 28 Munson St, Potsdam.
    • Cash, checks, or money orders will be accepted at Canton Housing Authority, 37 Riverside Dr, Canton.
    • Online payments through LOFT or RentPayment will continue as usual.
    • Appointments can be arranged if you need assistance making payment by calling (315)265-3680.
